PLEASINGLY PLUMPKIN: (A sweet blend of ginger and spice and pumpkin is nice!) is a sensational blend of spices to be mixed with cream cheese for a delicious spread on bagels, graham crackers, scones, muffins, waffles, pancakes, pound cake, etc. A frosting or filling treat may be created by adding marshmallow creme to the cream cheese mixture.
Yield: 1 batch. (Net wt. 3 oz.)

PLEASINGLY PLUMPKIN FROSTING OR FILLING:
1 Jar Marshmallow Creme Topping
8 oz. Cream Cheese
1 Pkg. PLEASINGLY PLUMPKIN
1/2 Cup Nuts (optional)

Follow directions for the spread recipe and add the marshmallow creme topping that has been "zapped" in the microwave for 20 seconds. This is delicious as a cake frosting (carrot cake, date cake, apple cake, gingerbread, etc.) or between layers of angel food or pound cake. Use your imagination and treat yourself to your own concoctions!

8 oz. Cream Cheese
1 Pkg. PLEASINGLY PLUMPKIN
1/2 Cup Toasted, Chopped Nuts
(optional, [pecans, walnuts, hazelnuts, etc.])

Empty entire package of PLEASINGLY PLUMPKIN mix into small bowl. Add 1/4 cup boiling water. Stir and let sit for 15 minutes. Soften cream cheese in a microwave proof bowl for approximately 45 seconds. Add the rehydrated "plumpkin" mixture and blend well. Fold in chopped nuts and refrigerate until serving time. For easier spreading bring to room temperature...and, be ready for a tastebud treat!.
