Cheese Spread for Crackers


GINGER AND SPICE WITH CURRY IS NICE: Pack your bags and experience foreign travel when you taste the exotic blend of curry, sweet crystalized ginger, onion recipe and more! Great for dips, spreads, hot or cold salads, rice dishes, chicken, etc. Yield: 5 cups.

TRY CHICKEN DIVAN

6-8 servings. Great for a buffet.

3 whole Chicken Breasts
2 10-oz. pkgs. frozen Broccoli Spears (or fresh)
2 10 3/4-oz. cans Condensed
Cream of Chicken Soup
1/2 pint Sour Cream
1 cup Mayonnaise
1 cup shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1 Tbs. Lemon Juice
1 Tbs. Ginger And Spice With
Curry Is Nice seasoning
Salt and Pepper to taste
Grated Parmesan Cheese
Paprika and Butter
Cook chicken breasts. Cook broccoli. Mix soup, sour cream, mayonnaise, grated cheddar cheese, lemon juice, and seasonings.

Drain broccoli and arrange in bottom of flat greased 3 quart casserole. Sprinkle generously with Parmesan cheese. Cut chicken into pieces and place over broccoli. Sprinkle again with Parmesan cheese. Pour sauce over all. Sprinkle with Parmesan and paprika. Dot with butter. Bake 30-40 minutes at 350° or until bubbly and hot throughout.

This can be made ahead and refrigerated until baking time.
